I am only on page 11 because I had to keep on reading certain paragraphs over again. He talks about vibrations, subatomic particles, and one consciousness that fills every plane of existence. I am lost and getting frustrated with the book!.I understand about karma and astral planes but I was wondering if anyone already read the book and can tell me if it gets a little easier to grasp.

I don't think you can really mix science and spirituality. It can sometimes be helpful to illustrate certain points but you can't reach God through a test tube no matter how much you think you know about sub atomic particles. I wouldn't worry about understanding it. It might be better just to use the book to open up to certain ideas, or to decide that whatever he says doesnt make any sense. It's just a tool to get you to think a little. Maybe just read the parts that interest you. It's also a good opportunity to let go of what you think you already know. Otherwise, what's the point? Anyway, Just because someone is famous doesn't really mean that they absolutely know what they are talking about. They might have a clue, but that doesnt mean they've solved the mystery.

Maybe just skip that chapter???Or come back to the book at a later date?
Deepak Chopra is a thought provoking author. I have read some of his work and found it very helpful.

maybe you write a book of your own and forget Chopra!!

I wouldnt really bother reading what happens After life because life is short, and Death in Inevitable. Your going to die sometime just find out then :)
