My upper tooth to the left of my two front teeth split as if there were two smaller teeth in its place, what does this mean?

I believe quite strongly in this answer since it was true for me and for others that asked me about this dream over the years......so here you go......it means that bad things have been uttered from your mouth..more specifically, that you have been talking poorly of someone and/or gossiping about others. This dream occurring over time has reminded me that i dont want to be saying things behind someone's back that i would not say to their face, and, to say only what I know to be true , not others opinions. Good Luck.

The dream means that you really truly want to be a woman instead of a man. The two new teeth represent the growing of female genetalia.

So follow your dream. Get out there and become who you were truly meant to be. Quit living a lie. I know a good doctor and I'll tell you if you give me points! ;-)

Teeth represent self-confidence in dreams. Perhaps you are doubting your abilities regarding an upcoming challenge in your life?

I dunno. I had the same dream.
Then I was in a car wreck & my teeth were damaged (tiny hairline cracks in them) and they've started to chip little by little.

You'll have to see a dentist.
