[1] Remove North Korea, Iran, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and all the other Terrorist countries via a miniature black hole
[2] Permanently fund a deep space colonization program to find other planets to inhabit. The beginnings of a true civilization.
[3] Combine North and South America to create the United Civilized States
[4] Cut all aid and support for Europe
[5] Construct multiple Cold Fusion reactors and Dyson shperes for a truly endless supply of energy
[6] Dissolve the UN
[7] Give the Japanese Vertical Tanks otherwise known as Mechs
[8] Permanently fund trans-dimensional research
[9] Not shut down NBC, The New York Times, The today show and other anti-American trash. Unlike some people around here, I believe everyone has a right to an opinion no matter how idiotic.
[10] Encourage war and war games
[11] Do whatever the hell I want

Disable capacity to find any interest in fighting {except playful}, in all living person, once and for all. Or anything that leads to consequence that there is no more fighting and no more blood shed anywhere anytime. This, I am convinced, would have other deep consequences on the human nature and on our occupations and focus as nations, and thus also influence us as individuals.
