Depends.. if the system converts IR into visible, the mirror would reflect that and you would see it. If the system was photo-multiplier based and there was total darkness in your WC.. then nothing!

You would see yourself looking pretty silly with huge goggles on. Night vision goggles work by using what little light there is and amplifies (for want of a better word) it so you can see. It would also amplify the light bouncing off the mirror

A mirror doesn't need light to work. I have night vision goggles, and you see yourself just fine.

a mirror will reflect infer red light which is what night vision goggles work on
