Assuming you mean number one team, then undoubtedly that is Australia. If you mean a no one team as in nobody actually knows hows to play the game, I used to think England could claim that title. However, New Zealand could probably lay claim to that title now.

but now the difference
is reducing
as u see the best players are retiring shortly and new players are not that good enough
for example
shane warne
stuart macgill is nowhere near him and aussies are going to miss him dearly.same thing holds good for mcgrath also
when he was not with the team they lost the ashes and when he came back they won 5-0
