Socialists and Communists are Statists, and the State cannot tolerate competition, especially when it delivers goods and services efficiently and cost effectively.
Notice, however, that liberals will take campaign contributions from these companies, own stock in these companies, and serve on the Board of Directors of these companies.

While I agree with you that these corporations do employ millions of employees. I do agree with the reason that some people attack companies like Exxon, Walmart and Haliburton. Sometimes corporations do things that aren't in the best interest of their communities but are in the best interest of their stockholders. Do they care? Well a corporation cannot blush and sometimes doesn't care about the little guy either, there has to be some common ground.

We're still trying figure out Bush before we go back in history. If you Do Nothing Republican would ever look at the newspapers , that is if your not like Bush you can read. The Republicans lost the congress , the Senate and their going to lose the White House. I feel sorry for people with a President with a 26 % rating even dare speak the liberal name. You are a bunch of whiny do nothing people , get a life.

Yet another baseless uninformed accusation from an uneducated worker bee. I wish at least one of you guys would show some sign of brain life and not just repeat the same 9 or 10 things over and over.
Has any numbskull conservative on this sight ever actually generated a idea of their own based on a superior education, excellent research, and critical thought that any person (regardless of their epistemology or philosophy) with an IQ above 80 would recognize as evidence of creative intelligence?
How do you keep from boring yourself to death?

They're successful in large part because of preferential laws, subsidies, and tax treatments that they've paid for over the years to liberal and conservative politicians. They siphon money out of the populace and in return we get...what? Minimum-wage jobs with no ability to invest in a 401K? Taxes and deficits to make up for what they don't pay? A deteriorating infrastructure? Yup, I guess you really have to admire them.

I`m no liberal, but i`m not a supporter of sharp business practices, ghost economics and the fact that the companies you have mentioned are unethical in their approach to how they make a profit. I can`t support that, regardless of whether i would make money or not.

so... they get a free pass and can do whatever they want because they employ a lot of people and are large?
that's a very dangerous road you're walking down...
sometimes there are things that are the "right" thing to do...
why do Conservative morals always take a back seat in business?
