she is hard to convince,but i dont have 160$..... how can i persuade her to buy it?

You'd probably need to explain to her why it's important from her point of view to acquire a higher-end card. What will be the benefit to her?

If all you can think of is that you'll have more fun playing PC games, that your homework will suffer, and that you'll prefer computer time to family time -- your attempts will likely fail.

If you can't think of better reasons, you'll likely need to go out and earn some money, then convince her that having the card in the computer won't lead to the problems in the previous paragraph.

Not to be pessimistic, but I'm a parent in exactly your Mom's position.

That sounds like a hard sell. "Buy me a $160 device that is marginally better than the one I already have. No, it's not necessary, I'm gonna use it for gaming."
Just save up the $160 yourself and by the time you do, there will be DX10 cards in that price range.

a video card is the heart of the display, a good video card like this one will show things on the monitor others wont. this can handle higher resoultion games.videos.pics

with this card i can do things the other card we had couldnt. i can shop around
