Believe it or not, my mom was involved in transporting some wrestlers from the Iron Shieks wrestling promotion (in Detroit) from here to Ohio and Indiana and stuff. That was back in the territory days, when WWWF was still small. My moms step-sister (my half-aunt?) was actually a woman wrestler for the promotion. (Katherine the Terrible or Katherine the Great, depending on when it was) My parents watched wrestling all the time when I grew up. The first match I remember seeing was Rick Martel Vs. Tito Santana. (oh, I'm 22, by the way)
I can honestly say that I've missed VERY few shows in that time. (I even recorded Raw while watching WCW in that period where WCW was vastly superior)
Pathetic? Yes, probobly. But too bad, I love it.
Also, I'm going to Wrestlemania! WOO!!

I've been watching it since about 1994 (about 6 or 7 years old, now 19), but I did take some breaks in between, I wish I hadn't because I missed the Hardy Boyz and Lita in their prime. I loved watching the Rock, Stone Cold, Kane and the Undertaker and the older days of Razor Ramon, Jake "the Snake" Roberts, and Bret "the Hitman" Hart. When I was younger I rooted for the good guys, I didn't like any bad guys, now I like heels and faces depending on which I think are interesting.

i am 25 and have watched wrestling my whole life. my mom has pictures of me wearing Rowdy roddy piper pajamas. i remember when hulk hogan and earthquake were in a fued earthquake "broke" hogans ribs and i sent a get well letter to hagan so i could get a fan club bracelet that said hulkamania. ive been to quite a few live events. my most memorable event was a raw is war in 1999. stone cold steve austin drove his 3:16 monster truck into the arena for a confrontation with the rock. after the event i met shane mcmahon and the mean street posse (i doubt anybody really remembers them). also i am going to my first payper view, wrestlemania 23 in detroit.

I have been watching since Wrestlemania 8, Roddy Piper, Undertaker, Jake Roberts were my favourites. I watch TNA now because the WWE Storylines are not worth Paying for in my opinion.
