Why would you saddle a baby with a made-up name? Do you WANT your baby to spend the rest of her life trying to explain her name, spell her name, and pronounce her name to other people?
Also, there's the danger of not thinking it through thoroughly... I met a young woman a few years ago named Latrina... LATRINA?? Do you KNOW what a latrine is???
