MMR refers to the county the bike was registered in when new,452 refers to the number of registrations on the prefix MMR .eg MMR 1 to MMR999. British vehicles are only issued with one registration number and this lasts for the life of the vehicle. This number would have been issued somewhere around the 50s - 60s.
