my boss love me and he really touch my heart,but we just keep this in our heart and didn't shown out due to we had married and has our own family. i felt so guilty and decided to leave the company but he not accept my resignation due to he said there are different matter,he hope me to stay back and help him to run the business. i felt so guilty on my husband and her wife due to we didn't do anything..can anyone teach me how to do? when i pass the resignation letter to him,he just keep on ask me to stay back and tears drop in front of me? i so sad when he unhappy but i love my family too...can somebody give me some opinion on this matter?really need your help..

1. Enroll in an English class at your local community college or university.
2. Find another job.
3. Turn in your resignation letter- Walk into his office and hand it to him, don't leave any room for a discussion.
4. If you must cry do it in the restroom or in your car but you need to be strong when you do this
5. Your co-workers are fully aware of what is going on between you and your boss. Just because people don't mention anything to you doesn't mean they don't know. You two are probably the hot topic at lunch or the watercooler.

your situation is not good for your marriage, unless you want to break up your family, carry on working with your boss. It would be better for you to leave and not keep in touch with him any longer. If you cant do that, you have fallen for him,and beware....lots of other problems would follow. I have seen this many times.

You need to change jobs and get away from him and this situation. This will lead to more with time as it will end up not being just in your hearts. You need to break it off with him and focus on your marriage and family. You need to quite even if he cannot accept it. Do it asap for you and for your marriage. This will only cause BIG trouble if you dont walk away from it now.

you need to let him know that you are leaving the company for
the sake of everyone involved. and move on. the longer you
contiinue to do nothing the harder it will be for you to leave. and
if you have not done anything then it should not be so hard to
leave. should it not. your family come before anyone.
