Go to your cell provider's discussion board there. You should be able to find out what kind of plan you need to avoid major charges and what to use for phone number, username, and password. You may want to check there to see what kind of data plan you need and if this is even acceptable to your cell provider- some people have had their plans canceled because this is a violation of some providers terms of service

you are better offer getting a laptop and using wi-fi, than internet browse on a phone,, you will be wasting time and money trying to pull up info on a little screen,lol...
