I think all sexual crimes done to children should have serious punishments !!!........What kind of punishment should sex offenders get?
Here's mine for men (have their penis removed)
For women (some how disfigure the genitalia area)
As a mother of small children I would hope that this would never happen to anyone. We need to instill stronger laws against sex offenders.
What punishment would you want to pass as law?

I think they should have their hands cut off.
If they do ever get released from prison(preferably not), then they should not be allowed to live among society. But in their own personal commune, with a really high wall.
Or
they should be practice targets for the military. Put them in a controlled environment, and let the military hunt them. Our military gets practice shooting a moving target, and they are out of our hair.
A woman here picked up her 16mos old son from daycare, and found blood in his diaper. She took him to the ER, come to find out the daycare worker, was sexually abusing him. Her defense: I was abused as a child, and I didn't know it was wrong. Probation my ***!! After I moved in here, I was checking out the sex. offenders sites, and found out I have 5 neighbors who were charged with crimes against children. One of which, held a girl under 12 hostage, and raped her repeatedly. So why in the hell is he out of prison, and allowed to live around my kids??

To prevent sex offenders from striking again you must remove what they use to have sex...Cutting off genetalia is too easy of a punishment, I believe. For men, cutting off the penis is like cutting the head off a snake...the whole body dies. The removal of these organs should not be humane either. I suggest having them lie down with their members hanging over a shark infested aquarium and let the sharks take it from there. Afterwards poor battery acid and salt on the wound. Or have "sex offender" tattooed on a visible part of the body. Who really cares if they can't live life anymore? Did they really deserve it in the first place? Absolutely not.
Well after the violent maiming from the sharks and tattooing on the body, sex offenders should then be placed in a prison with other sex offenders, since none of them have their penises anymore they are gonna be miserable because they will be no soap dropping or glory holes. Or what might be funnier is have a horse have sex with them. And not just one! But one, three times a day for the remainder of their sentence.
After all of that has happened, sex offenders will be not want to repeat their crimes, and people who inspire to be a sex offender won't be one because the penalty is too harsh. But the only problem are those damn philanthropists who think every body deserves a second chance.

Castration while may be popular, sex crimes is as much about the control and mental satisfaction the abuser gets. That has nothing to do with a penis or vagina. Stricter release policies and public awareness and education is the key.

There should be a Federal law mandating sentences of a minimum 25 years in prison for a 1st offense.This way Liberal wacko judges can't give them probation or a slap on the wrist.

I hear ya, but castration won't change the fact that they're sex offenders. They can still harm children without their gentailia. The Constitution prevents for that kind of consequence, anyway.

Yup, I agree. Sex offenders will most likely offend again. Either a. give all sex offenders the death penalty
b. remove their sexual organs and hands (hands so they don't grope and molest)
c. or they can rot in prison for the rest of their life

My recommended punishment for sex offenders being male is not as extreme as what you suggest, but definitely just as effective.
Surgically remove their Scrotum and Testicles.

It is my firm belief that anyone who with out a doubt has a sexual experience with a pre-pubescent child should recieve nothing short of death.
I can guarantee that if it were my children, that is what they would recieve.

well vermont gave one child predator 6 months in prison...
and vermont gave another child predator 3 years probation...
