Hi,
I also have a web site and I and some web sites after you create them you have to wait like 1 week or so before searches will apear and sometimes if still not they have places where you search sometims you are able to add the web site to the search if they have that option.

Mostly, the keyword has to be in a header on your page and in your meta tag when you submit your site. If 10 million websites are using the same keyword, your chances are slim. As a small company it is better to use a keyword that competition is not so great for.
