You need to see a doctor. Try to refrain from drinking liquids at least 2 hours before bedtime.

Ok....they are not called "diapers". They are called "briefs". Diaper sounds childish and degrading. Besides that...I would suggest seeing a doctor regarding your mental health. Do you have anxiety issues at all? I would go to a different doctor and get a second opinion...also...try drinking less water at night. That might help.

My brother had a problem up until he was 17y/old. They think it was to do with deep emotional stress/trauma from when he was sexual abused as a child. Maybe you had some sort of trauma? He sought counseling and now the problem is all fixed! If you don't think it could be that, maybe you should get it checked out, as if it really isn't because you are just lazy there could be something wrong.

bed wetting as an adult is very uncommon, and usually indicative of an underlying medical issue. Some issues that may attribute to bed wetting are:
* Diabetes
* Urinary tract infection
* Urinary tract stones
* Prostate enlargement
* Bladder cancer
* Neurological disorders
I would sincerely suggest that you speak to a doctor, as there may be something seriously wrong.

This is going to sound really harsh, but for immediate fix, try a diaper--lots of adult diapers available, just go to your nearest pharmacy/drug store, and see a General Practitioner. If he suspects a medical problem he will recommend a specialist. If not there may be a psychological problem, and he will also recommend a doctor for this. I

There is a spray that the doctor can prescribe for you. You spray it one time in your nose and alternate each night. Or you can try eating a few crackers before bed.

Try setting your alarm for the middle of the night, and going when it wakes you up. It could be that you sleep so soundly that you don't wake up when you feel the urge to urinate.

Talk to your doctor. You could have a serious medical condition.
If it is nothing serious they make a medicine that you can take...I have seen it dispensed to children who are cronic bed wetters.
