No but on the PS3 you can connect to you PSP via wifi also on the PS2 certain games have an option called PSP LInk and you can export your saved game data to the psp version of the game via USB or vice-versa

NO. I don't think the USB can send audio and video signals, so I don't think it's possible to play PSP games on the PS2.

just download PS2 emulator and install it on your computer...then just play it using CD-drive....
