No layoffs, work stoppage...if you got fired, for what? I think if you are friends with your boss, all is good, you wont get canned.

I wanted to get fired. So I told my boss to f-off twice. It worked.

It was my first job at burger king. I was really hating it after my best friend quit, so I started missing shifts and then eventually I was fired. A few weeks later I apologised and they hired me back. I stayed for a while, but then quit the normal way (giving two weeks notice).
I always wanted to talk about that, thanks for asking.

I worked at a teenie bopper -type clothing store once (when I was about 18ish) - I wasn't energetic enough for them.
