I think I am falling in love with him. He is not my english teacher but he helped me with my college application essays. His intellect really appealed to me. I am not joking. Look wise he is okay not the type I usually go for or even like but his personality had such an affect on me since I met him, I can't stop thinking about this English teacher. I am seriously falling in love. All of a sudden, he seems really HOT physically as well. I want to see him in school and talk to him. What do I do?

I don't want trouble. I am 18. A senior.

He is a young teacher in his twenties. Not married!

Wait until you graduate. Then you wont have any issues / concerns over his job.

If I were you I'd wait to do anything until after you graduate. But then of course if anything does develop, there will always be a question of weather or not you both waited until he was no longer an authority figure. That can cause some major problems for him down the road. It's a slippery slope your heading down. Maybe after you graduate you can take him to coffee or something to thank him for his help and just be forthcoming. Tell him you like him, and see what he says. If he turns you down, I KNOW it will feel like the worst thing that has EVER happened, but pain does fade with time! And think of all the fun you'll have in college. I'm not going to say you're too young, or it's a crush, or undermine you because of your age. Because I know how you're feeling. I am only 24 and recently married, and your feelings are just as valid as anyone else's. Take it slow, and wait a few more months. Who knows, you might just find the man of your dreams between now and then! And one more thing...just remember that all the things that have happened to you in life, good and bad, take you to where you need to be. It may seem like it sucks at the time, but eventually you'll be in the right place at the right time with the right guy and you'll say to yourself "Duh! That's why it didn't work out! Cause this is where I'm supposed to be!" Good luck!

I had a huge crush on my assistant softball coach last year...I was 18 and he was only 23...he was gorgeous (he had a girlfriend though lol..depressing I know!)!!! but honestly...there is really nothing you can do when you're still in high school...maybe when you graduate you could contact him (only if he's not married and if he seems interested as well)?...other than that...it's just a normal crush...all girls have them! good luck lol ;)

I've been in your situation before actually...but even if he is single and you are of age it still isn't OK. You can still talk to him in school as often as you want but don't get involved with him.

As long as he is NOT married and you are over 18, I see no problem...go for it!

Good luck!

I don't think its love, it may be a crush. But what the heck, just talk to him. Flirt and see how he responds.
