hell yes! that means that they are loaded if they can afford a mouthful of cocaine big enough to choke on, i mean holy crap, thats a lot of money for someone so stupid as to not even use it right...

in emergency we resucustate anyone who needs it. we do not perform mouth to mouth. We paralyse, sedate and intubate them and a ventilator breathes for them
