Overview

Vitamins are organic molecules in food that are needed in small amounts for growth, reproduction, and the maintenance of good health. Some vitamins can be dissolved in oil or melted fat. These fat-soluble vitamins include vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin A (retinol), and vitamin K. Other vitamins can be dissolved in water. These water-soluble vitamins include folate (folic acid), vitamin B12, biotin, vitamin B6, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Taking too much of any vitamin can produce a toxic effect. Vitamin A and vitamin D are the most likely to produce hypervitaminosis in large doses, while riboflavin, pantothenic acid, biotin, and vitamin C appear to be the least likely to cause problems.

Your not listing how much is in each capsule. And your not telling us where the source of the ingredients comes from. Looks like your using the shot gun approach to vitamins. I would suggest taking a good natural multiple for starters. Then do some reading in the Nutritional Almanac for the suggested daily intake of nutrients. Then check to see if you have any symptoms that indicate lack of optimum health. The book will make suggestion of what you might be low in and how to fill in the gaps. Then come back in a month and ask a more educated question. Good luck reading and researching.

No you don;t seem to be taking too much vitamins
except maybe the A depends how many mg it is
Too much vitamin A will turn your skin yellow eventually

I always reccomend taking magnesium it is good for the heart
and preventing calcium build up

I take individual vitamins too because they dissolve better than many of the commerical multi vitamins

I take 93 vitamins and minerals, but they are in liquid form. Its called apple cider vinegar. Costs just pennies. Hair and nails grow very long. Take 2 tbls in an 8 oz. glass of water twice a day. Read about apple cider vinegar on the web. It also curbs appetite. Natural and safe.

if you're eating a varied diet, you should be able to just take a multivitamin supplement. it is easier and MUCH cheaper than all those individual vitamins.

and i would say 8-11in a day is too much. taking in too much of a single vitamin can be just as detrimental/dangerous as not getting enough of it.

CHEAT there is a heart specialist in CA who tells his patient (even the guys) to take a prenatal vitamin. The logic is that it has everything needed to grow us so it should sustain us just fine.

Gosh, that's a lot to take when I could tell you how to take all the vitamins in one but you probably won't listen anyway so good luck.
