Boil some water in a couple of pots and when boiling pour from height directly into the drain. Bleach doesn't do anything.
Otherwise, look underneath and unscrew the trap and check it out. That is where most of the blockage happens.

Kitchen sinks almost always get clogged with grease or from stuff dumped into the garbage disposal. The drain under a kitchen sink, should have a clean-out, just for this reason. It is either under the sink, in the cabinet, or outside the house on the wall, and looks like a pipe with a plug screwed into it. Removal of this plug, gives you entry into the sewer system, but be warned, if your sink is backed up, and you remove this plug, water is going to come out of the pipe. It will not smell good! If you have plastic pipes under your sink, I don't advise using acid drain cleaners, as the plastic pipe can melt, due to the heat generated by the acid, reacting to the clog. The most common place where pipes clog under a kitchen sink, is the branch tee fitting, where the two pipes join together, from the two bowls of the sink. There is a deflector built into this tee, and if the sink has a disposal, most people don't use their disposal properly, and try and grind items, not meant to be dumped into the disposal. This tee will catch large items, and sometimes, clog one side of the sink, but not the other. I hope this helps!

The clog is almost guranteed to be in the pee trap under the sink, the loop. There's rings on each end of it that you should be able to turn. If you do that, the loop will come out, along with whatever is clogging it, and good amount of water. Be sure to have towels around.

Boil a big pot of water...about half a gallon to a gallon. Put a cup of table salt in the drain then pour in the boiling water. Let is sit 15 minutes, then rinse from the warm water side. It should be running much better.
