It should be called 'Division One', as it was for 104 years. No more of this overhyped 'Premier' nonsense.

The reason it is the English Premier League is because it has the top teams from English cities. The NHL didn't change it's name to Global Hockey League just because a number of fancy skating Russians came over to play. MLB didn't change it's name to Globalist League Baseball just because Asia and the Latin countries have numerous players in there. The EPL is in the same boat as those leagues. It shouldn't change just because some people across the pond with a lot of money buy a couple teams or some hotshot from Africa comes over to take that money. It's all about location.

No. It should still be English Premier League. The games are still played in England and all the teams are located in England.
The FA Premier League (often referred to as the Barclays Premiership in England and the Barclays English Premier League or just simply The EPL internationally) is a league competition for football clubs located at the top of the English football league system (above The Football League), making it England's primary football competition. It is the world's most watched sporting league and most lucrative football league, followed by over a billion people.[1] It is widely regarded as one of the best leagues in the world along with Spain's La Liga and Italy's Serie A.
The FA Premier League was formed in 1992 (and branded as "The Premiership" in the United Kingdom from the 1993-94 season) from the top division of The Football League, and is currently contested by twenty clubs. In a total of fourteen seasons, the title has been won by only four teams: Arsenal, Blackburn Rovers, Chelsea and Manchester United. Of these, the most successful is Manchester United, who have won the title eight times and are the only team to have won the title three consecutive times. The current Premier League champions are Chelsea, who won their second consecutive title in the 2005-06 season.
The FA Women's Premier League, more specifically the National Division, is the Premiership's female counterpart, as most of its clubs are affiliated with Premiership and Football League sides; however, the league is semi-professional and has a much lower profile than the mens' game even within its national boundaries.

No, it should still remain the EPL because all of the teams in the league are English. There can't be any teams from other countries in the EPL, so it isn't global.
Also, if they did change it to something global, it would cause a lot of controversy in Europe, since some of the other leagues could make the same case as teh English for the world title. Some leagues may actually be better too.
