I do consulting and third party administraiton for qualfied retirement plans. (401(k) and profit sharing plans mostly) I use math, computer, and customer service skills daily.

i am a technical support Representitive for DirecTV. I handle incoming technical support calls, meaning when your satellite service isn't working, and you call for help, i'm the one on the other end, walking you through resetting your reciever.
