It's about 8 hours depending on traffic and how you drive.
ADVICE: Don't take the 405, and consider taking 15 to 10W, then catching the 5 at San Fernando Valley. The distance is longer, but the time is much shorter unless there is a wreck.

about 8 hours. there is a formula where you can figure this out to.
D=RxT
D= Distance (Miles)
R= Rate (Average speed in MPH, just put 50)
T= Time you will get this answer.
All you need to know is 2 of these and you can figure out the third
