I only watched half the movie, it was kinda stupid and a bit disgusting, but I am curious about the end. Is there a twist? Thanks.

Basically, everyone dies. There is flashbacks to all of the Saw movies, so you get caught up on how the whole thing started and how the old man came to chose the younger chick to help him out. Turns out he wasn't really chosing her to help him out, he was actually still testing her (which she ended up failing). The guy and girl who were the two main victims in the movie are actually married and I'm pretty sure they both die, along with the old man and young chick...

yes movie almost made me throw up....
a doctor lady gets captured because the orginal jigsaw wants her to keep him alive.. they make a game out of it by putting this explosive collar thing around her neck.. so if he dies she dies. It was a real test for the Amanada girl who continued jigsaws work to see if she could save a life rather than killing everyone. She doesnt so she gets shot and dies and jigsaw dies too

Jigsaw dies and the collar thing attached to his neck flatlines which is connected to Lynn's neck with live shotgun pumps in it and she also dies. The whole place then shuts down trapping the guy alive.. Adam style.. forever.

you guys forgot about the fat guys daughter. Jigsaw was testing the fat guy to forgive, but he failed since he killed Jigsaw, when Jigsaw was about to die, he played a recorded tape telling him about the test that the fat guy just failed and that he kept his daughter in some place. don't know how the fat guy will find his daughter now since he killed Jigsaw..
