Alexia Nicole is okay.
There was an answer that said how about Lauren Alexia and it sounded very nice & smooth to me too.

For boy: Alexander James sounds good. They're both beautiful boy names. I also like Jeremiah or Jeremias in Spanish, Isaiah,& Timothy for boys too.

How about Garrett James for a boy? This is quite a very handsome name and Garrett is more handsome than Alexander. Garrett is the modern Alexander!
Nicole is too overused for a middle name I like Alexia as a middle name.
How about Lauren Alexia? This is very beautiful and graceful.

I like Alexia Renee or Alexia Faith. Nicole is nice, but kind of common as a middle name. Alexander James is very good!
