actually i get really depressed when i go into a bookstore for just the opposite reason. i don't think people are thinking. the new releases are either murder thrillers or self help books or something about politics or the war in Iraq. the "classics" are the same twenty books we've seen for 200 years now. there are so many thousands of incredible books out there that have never been read or published. people are not thinking. it's awful. and the worst feeling is knowing you're just not smart enough to do anything about it.

How about libraries? Libraries are better because buying books at a bookstore is only something somone with extra resources can do, and the books eventually just clutter up the home. Borrowing from the library shows someone is really thinking, not only by reading and bring intelligent, but also by being diligent and resourceful.

Nope. look at all of the stupidity in the world. What you see when something goes drastically wrong is the direct result of a stupid person having a "great idea". So people are still thinking, they just aren't doing it well.

The old man that lifts his hat and scratches his head....
The secretary, or pupil in school listening....and aggressively gnawing the end of the pencil....trying to remember that formula to get the right answer !! During an exam or test !!
Pick one ..pick none !!!....lol
