Pinksheets has them as a Colorado Corp. Colorado Sec of State has them as a dissolved corp.

Dissolved July 1, 1998 Batch Event Delinquent DPC 09/24/1975

This is probably a shell corporation at this point. If you have shares, probably your only hope is for someone to purchase the shell.

I found the company but no information about it on Yahoo. I would be cautious with penny stocks that trade in the Pink Sheets. Many of those stocks have no real value and because stocks traded there arent required to file regular reports, like those on the New York Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, there is more opportunity to hide things and for fraud. And there are a lot of scams in the oil business and in mining.

Despite their volatility, trading penny stocks can be extremely lucrative. Here are three ways that you can profit from investing in penny stocks https://tr.im/Otzqc

The good news about penny stocks is that you can buy a good amount of shares without going broke. It’s thus easier to get a good stake in a company for less than you would pay for stock of a larger organization. To find a company that you feel confident investing in, make sure to do your research. Don’t just choose a company because you saw an article about it, or because your friend is investing in it.
