They sure make the whole election process seem long and expensive. Do you have alternatives, perhaps from other countries, which also might provide a valid alternative?

I live in Iowa where most of them come to woo us first. And they have to be on their best behavior, or else they're not going to get anywhere. I actually enjoy it, but I do research on all of the candidates and where they stand before I make up my mind.

I say let's not jack with the system our fore fathers put in place. They were smart men, and they did it this way for good reasons. Other countries? Yeah right.
