if i'm right where you're at, i'll give you a huge, friendly hug.

nah mate, you don't deserve to feel bad. and your life aint useless at all, there will always be people around you who will love you and see you as a really special person. perhaps for now, you feel that nothing in life is going in your favour because you're down, and in times like these, it's really hard to see the cup as half-full. i should know, i was experiencing the same thing just last month. i'm on the process of mending myself, and i'm starting to see the good things that come with that particular experience. you'll soon realise the same thing, you'll learn heaps from this experience, and you'll get wiser and stronger. but for now, just hang on to hope aite. it's a rough road, but you'll be okay. you'll get through this :) i suck at giving advices ae, so i won't give you one, but you'll be included in my prayers.

you are loved.

Every now and then, everyone goes through a patch where things just don't seem to go right. And the longer you think depressing thoughts about things going wrong, the more that will go wrong. Try and remember that no matter what you're going through right now (and this isn't to diminish the intensity of what you're feeling, you have every right to feel crap if things are going wrong!), someone is going through something a lot worse.
Wanna know what happened to me last year? I had a miscarriage, discovered I have epilepsy, my father went missing interstate, my father was then found dead 6 weeks later, I had a massive fight with my sister which has seen us still not speaking, there were legals issues surrounding my father's will, one of our neighbours launched a campaign against our cats and began a program of systematically kidnapping them and sending them to the pound, I lost 8 pets overnight to poisoning, my son had to change schools part way through his first year, and then I went and had another miscarriage right at Christmas.
So yeah, I've gone through what you are - where you think things are never going to get better, but they have to sometime, it can't always be this crap, so try and remember that and find things that make you happy to cheer you up. When things are at their worst, I always try and "spoil" myself in some little way and it makes me feel a bit better. So go buy that dress you've been looking at, take yourself out to dinner or just go and see your favourite movie.
Good luck :)

Cause that's life. We wouldn't know what happiness felt like if we didn't feel like we hit rock bottom sometimes. We've all been there, some people more then others. It sucks, and there is nothing anyone can do or say to help the situation.

This is going to sound cheesy, but trust me it works. Your best bet is to get a note book or something to write on, and just write. Write about anything and everything, about what's going on in your life, things you are happy about, things that pss you off, everything. I swear on everything you'll feel so much better when you are done. It's like a release, you get all the negativity off your chest!

Good luck <3

EVERYBODY FEELS THAT WAY (from time to time)

There are very few people that can give inspiration in times of crisis.

Look at what happened during 9/11. A lot of people freaked out, including myself. But low and behold Rudy Guiliani and David Letterman helped me get through it.

It is hard to rise above crisis situations.
It is easier to stick your head in a hole.
I do that a lot.

All I can say is to try not to be a downer, but something somebody can look up to for inspiration.
There is way too little of that going around and we all need it.

well join the club; it may seem as though things aren't looking your way but like all things in your world, there is sunshine as well as rain; Today I was thinking that perhaps there won't be someone in my life, but there are seasons where they'll be someone and seasons like now where I don't. so, don't sit and say that things aren't going your way, do something to make it your way. it's your life and it's up to you; you crying now, alright, let it out; you should feel better afterwards. I done it myself on occasion. Keep your head up though. peace.

You are feeling depressed. Things will get better, they always do. Try getting some exercise. You don't deserve that kind of misery. Take deep breaths. Try to find something to do that makes you feel better. Hang in there. I am sending healing vibes. I know how this feels. It is not fun.

Many times everything seems to be going against us. Have you felt this way for long? Can you talk to a trusted adult?
Please, go and talk to someone at your school Counselor's office. If that doesn't help, call your local Mental Health Association.
If you feel at all suicidal right now, call the Suicide Hotline. If you can call 911, they can patch you through to the Hotline.
Good Luck!

we all have bad days, it will get better. i like this song, jesus take the wheel, its a country song. i was depressed as well, and i heard this song, imediately cried, and i feel better now. sometimes we need to cry to feel better, we need to let it out!

think of it this way, people are dead in the last 4 minutes that you were writing, and you are living, and healthy. you have family that love you and ikno w there is someone that loves you!

it will be better!

keep your chin up and smile, let everyone else wonder what you are thinking!

that's why its called life, and not a vacation in the bahamas! Seriously, don't look for things to turn around unless you make an effort to do so. If your broke get a job, if your arguing with your parents/ boyfriend/girlfriend move out. if your too young to move out stop arguing with your parents they deserve your respect. life is not easy, don't expect it to be. but it is what u make it!
