Could I Lose my job because today a hour before i got off I had to leave cuz i was throwing up and couldnt help it so i told my boss and I just called her and told her that i dont think i would make it in tommorow and she gave me third degree but this is second time in over 4 months and I always cover other people when they get sick or have emergency so is it right they do it and nothing happens but when i do it i get threaten to lose my job help

Most employers have a right to ask for a doctor's note to prove that you actually were sick. (However, most employers I know don't enforce that rule.) Unless you have abused your employer's trust (i.e., regularly turned up late, taken long breaks, or repeated absences, etc.) then I don't see why they would be such jerks about you being off sick. Doesn't sound fair. Maybe because you don't feel well you're mind is exaggerating the way it sounded? (Just a thought!) Hope you feel better soon...
