People say that the Crocs (they sell them at kiosks in the mall) are the best for those who work on their feet all day, but they're so ugly!!! If look don't matter, try those.

I too was in the food service industry and suffered with that for many years. Until I got Orthotics. You cannot believe what they do for you! You don't even feel tired after 8 hrs on your feet and you can transfer them into any shoe. There's even a new shop here where I live in Calgary, called "Good Feet" which you can google and look at what they have, it's amazing! No more backaches either! If there isn't a store in your area, you might still be able to order them.

A slip on shoe, preferably the ones they sell for the food industry....you can slip your feet out anytime to relieve any stress they may have

I like the brand Rockport. They hold up, are surprisingly light and keep my feet from hurting, even on tile or cement.
