Anyone who watched the Sugar Bowl should know Jamarcus Russell is going to be a better QB than Brady Quinn

In terms of talent, I like JaMarcus Russell out of LSU. He has a great arm, almost reminiscent of a young Brett Favre (back when he won the 3 MVPs). In the Sugar Bowl he showed great poise under a National Spotlight. He might not be as NFL-ready as Brady Quinn of Notre Dame, but he is the guy you want to build a franchise around. JaMarcus Russell is my "Franchise Player".

For a team that wants a quick turnaround, I'd pick the aforementioned Brady Quinn. He might not have as much caliber as JaMarcus Russell, but he has more experience, and would learn a new playbook and transition to the NFL much faster than Russell. Quinn could turn around a team like the Oakland Raiders quicker than Russell, and that's why I pick him as the "Quick Fix QB".

Brady Quinn most definitely. Even though the Oakland Raiders may have first pick the still won't take them. Quinn might go to Detroit. But he is definitely not a first pick. The Raiders are to stupid to think of a quarterback. He will be in between the 2nd and 5th pick no matter what.

In his first couple of years I'd say Russell because he is the most NFL-ready QB in the draft. But overall I'd say Drew Stanton. Since he will not get drafted anywhere near the top, there is a good possibility he goes to a decent team. Stanton has a great arm and is pretty mobile (for his size). With a few years of sitting back and watching he could develop into a great player.

I would say Brady Quinn as he played a pro style offense under Charlie Weis, a veteran on many NFL seasons

Brady quinn is a joke. Except for that one USC game in 2005, he cant do anything if it isnt agianst the army or the air force. Jamarcus russel is by far the better qb, player, and prospect.

Quin is more NFL ready, but Russel has more physical talent.

Despite liking Russel better, I think Quin will have more NFL success because scouts always like to think that the player with more physical talent can be taught and have their decision making and accuracy improve ---but if that were true, Vick would be one of the best QBs in the league.

It isn't Quinn, Russell looks like a Culpepper with REAL talent,
instead of just hype.
