Casue he is insecure and needs attention. And the only way he can get attention is to make crappy music and dress like a girl.
He has no real musicial talant and need s to sell his records .

Read his autobiography.. then you'll understand. And no, he did not have his ribs removed. Thats just a rumor. But, he does admit in his book to being molested by his male neighbor when he was a little boy...

He is the way he is. Don't judge him, hasn't your mother taught you not to judge? Actually, he is a very intellectual human being. I saw his interview with Micheal Moore in his Bowling for Columbine documentary and I find him to be very eloquent with his words. Don't judge a book by it's cover!
