I am kind of new to watching the show and only get to see it at night on soap net. So I know he is connected to both Sam and Carly. At least they recgonized his voice...so who is he?

his name is mr. craig. the only reason they recgonize his voice is because carly ran into him (literally) once at the hospital and once at the hotel. sam knows his voice too because she works at the hotel and he was asking questions about the vault. nobody really knows him except lorenzo because he was doing business with him. some fans think it is jax's brother, but i have doubt's about that.

When he stormed the building he called himself #1 then when Sam pulled his mask off it was Mr. Craig. He was working with Alcazar to trade the briefcase that's in the safe right now. The only problem is the briefcase has a 6 digit code that has to be entered to open it and Alcazar can't remember the code since his 2nd brain operation. The safe hold the case closed and locked for 12 hours when Sam hit the silent alarm so Mr. Craig has 12 hours to wait then hopefully someone will know the code or it will blow up with the contents inside. Mr. Craig's group has already wired the Metro Court with bombs to blow too so which will go off first and who will live? I guess we'll all wait and hope for the best..........
