Who gives marks, internal teacher or external examiner?

Internal teachers are the one who decide how much mark external teacher should give to Whom. In my schools it is the procedure... Internals will give some money. Tea , bajji and BONDA.... for that externals will give marks.. Thats Y most of them got 50/50 in practicals... internals will give you the question paper and which practical you will get. they will arrange the order in the same way... internals will give your question only before 10- 15 mins for practical.... It is not what you know will decide your internal mark.. it is how close you are to your internal...

External examiner of CBSE gives marks to the students through Viva, practical record notebook and practical experiments.

if ur school gets an external, then he'she does
but many don't... but internal examiner might not give u full. there r some guidelines. if CBSE finds a school gave everyone full, it will investigate. the prac marks might not be taken into consideration, or something else.
so study hard for the prac
