actually is a vehicle title for a motorhome, anyway I knew I didnt pay off my
home so I contacted the bank and told them. They said they had made a mistake and need the title back. what happens if I dont send it back. Also have a letter for proof. what happens if I dont finish paying. and keep the letter and title.

DO NOT give the title back! Find out what is going on, but the only circumstance for giving them the title is a court order.

dont give it back to them. This is a state thing. Some states hold the title, while others let you hold onto it. Its in your hands now, and thats their problem. If you dont finish paying, they will put a lien on your property, and you cant sell it. So just keep making your payments, and keep the title in your possession.
