I am planning on watching lost. I heard it is really good but how good. Is it appropriate for 14 year olds. Your reviews?

Yes it is a great show, matter fact its my fav. on tv! I am 18, been watching it since last year and you can definitely watch it, it will expand your imagination, and there is not a lot of lude acts or cursing either. Its great entertainment, will keep you on the edge of your seat, although i dont know about just walking in on its 3rd season like that. go to the website and find out the plot and storylines to catch up, but you will still like it regardless.

Yes, its a VERY good show. and yes, a 14 year old can watch it, its fine. but i would strongly suggest getting the first 2 seasons or looking online for understanding, because otherwise you will be completely.... well, lost. I'm extremely excited for tomorrow night's episode!
(does anyone else find it sorta frustrating at times?)

No. It started as a good show. Then, along the way I myself got 'Lost' watching the show. It's not only me though, friends and families had stopped watching the show after the 1st season.
Honestly, they should have stopped at the 1st season.

The show is amazing! I would definitely recommend renting the last 2 seasons on DVD or buying the episodes on iTunes. Otherwise you might feel a little lost on the plot (pun definitely intended).

I think it is appropriate for 14 but I didn't really like it but I only watched one and I didn't see any action but I my friends like it and they think that I have no taste in tv

Lost WAS a good show. Season One rocked.
Season Two was ok.
Season Three so far is ok but the "cliffhanger" episode six sucked. Episode 7 is showing Wednesday at 10pm EST (with a recap episode at 9pm EST).
