Yes there are vegetables and fish farms in Singapore. They are mostly found at Lim Chu Kang and Chua Chu Kang area. I have been to Qian Hu Fish Farm before. It is a nice place to relax and bring your family along during the weekends. Over there you can get your fish rearing accessories as well. There is also a small playground where the kids can have fun with tiny fishes and also a pond where there are lots of Kois. You can buy some feed to feed the kois.
From what I understand is Singapore now wants to develop the farms into places where Singaporeans and tourist can stay overnight and be near to nature.
For information on the farms available in Singapore and how to get there, please refer to the Source(s). I found this site to be very useful for people who are travelling to Singapore.
Cheers!

Of course Singapore has veggie farms and fish farms!
For your info, that's NOT all, we've got goat farms, flower plantations etc too. But all these can ONLY be found at Lim Chu Kang area. Inside Lim Chu Kang, it is a huge area where in the olden days, farmers can still be seen working in the fields. And in fact Lim Chu Kang and Choa Chu Kang is linked in the same area. But Choa Chu Kang is mainly reserved for cemeteries & army usage.
Kindly visit http://www.streetdirectory.com for maps and road directions and also visit http://www.smrt.com.sg to find out the transportations to get there.

Vegetable Farms are located in America, Mexico, and Central America mostly. We ship produce all over the world. Our soil is fertile and able to produce mass quantities of vegetables and fruit.
During winter months when our supplies are low we import from Mexico and Central America. But we are always growing them in states like Arizona, California, Texas and Florida where the climate is warmer.
Fish farms are all over the USA. We even have some for trout here in Nevada. But the main states for fish farms are:
Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Texas and some in the Mid-West. They can farm salmon, trout, bass, and even lobster and shrimp. I have been to our local fish farm and it is really amazing how they hatch the eggs and harvest the fish.

I don't understand your question. Are you asking where fish farms are located? Could be anywhere, mostly within sight of shore, though.
