you're going to have to change the screen resolution on your laptop.
go to the control panel, and under 'settings' change the screen's resolution to one where you like the best.

Hi, the other answer are correct but some web pages will not fit the screen anyway, like this one (Yahoo answer page) , yet mine is fine on the yahoo home page so it got nothing to do with my screen resolution.

try right clicking on the desktop and llooking at the properties...there should be a place where you can make the screen like different resolutions...like 1028x720 vs....640x480 or whatever. that should fix it..
i dont really understand what the problem is exactly but maybe try holding control and then scrolling on your mouse....
