I exited out of side bar and now it won't open up? I click on the program in the start up menu and it won't open?

hey well nobody realy knows anything about vista and installing it is what you dont want to do because did you know adobe and other important programs arnt going to be ready for it for a while so what i recomend doing is grabing a good book about vista(not many of those are out yet) and reading it and remembering everything you know because it will help you so much cause no1 else will

Eventhough you think you exited it, it might still be running in the Taskbar. Try looking at the lower right corner of the screen and you may find the Sidebar icon there. That could be the reason why nothing happened when you tried to open the program in Start Menu. Good luck!

First of all you did a no no.. updated to a beta version operating system..got in a hurry to have the lastest out ..Well you arent alone many people are duped into being the testers..best way to solve this is ditch vista for another year or so and go back to xp.At least you wont be on here every week asking a new question about an os nobody really knows anything about. not trying to be rude just realistic..

click on start and in the search type side bar it should reappear
