Hillary runs circles around the Sitcom President. However, if Karl Rove were the one administering the test, the results would indicate Bush achieving an Einsten-esque score and Hillary attaining Forest Gump stature (in short, he'd switch the names on the sheets)

lol I would go head to head vs hillary in a smarts test. She is shrewd but doesnt come off particularly intelligent.
Bush is smarter than you think and definitely smarter than many would ever bring themselves to admit.
I am not saying he is the smartest guy ever. read the link John provided and that gives you some real insight.
Here is one point. Jimmy Carter had his degree in Nuclear Physics. he should be one smart guy right... but he sure doesnt come off that way...
some may not have been around then.. i was a kid but I remember how much fun people made of him becuase of his southern accent and the whole peanut farmer thing.
The texan accent doesnt help Bush in this same respect.

I answer this from a completely bipartisan position: Hillary would probably score much higher. But that said, intelligence says nothing about ability.

i might desire to think of them as activity applicants at an interview. enable's additionally think of their resumes are sparkling and we interviewers have no thought who they 'somewhat' are. Now what could we are saying approximately them whilst they could depart the room? George: He seems to be a down-to-earth guy, likeable, easy to get alongside with, a team participant. If our company could be in a no-brainer company (e.g. FMCG, uncooked supplies, vehicle) and the overpowering majority of our shoppers adult males, we would hire him for revenues. If he proves himself, he could have the aptitude to advance into head of revenues sometime. Hilary: She is objective-oriented, is prevalent with what she needs and is working no longer easy to get there. a stable talker, demands understand. bigger administration cloth, in all risk strategic progression, HR (or given her easily history, criminal dept). If she proves herself she might desire to advance into CEO. *** George has already shown his revenues skills, hasn't he? The question now's if Hilary has shown herself sufficient to be promoted to CEO, or if there is not any longer a miles better candidate for that place.
