I think so! After Shaq performance last night, I feel sooo much better about the playoffs. But, there still is time to go.

they are certainly on the right track now. we'll see what happens after the all-star break wherein they play a stretch of 8 or 9 games at home. this sounds improbabe but the heat may actually win the division by a hair. forget orlando, they'll end up catching the 8th seed. with jamison out, the wiz might slow down in the second half of the season.
if theres one team that could take the heat out of the playoffs, its probably chicago. the bulls are the only team, in my opinion, who plays lcokdown perimeter defense. Ben could play single coverage against shaq, and hinrich has had great success in keeping d-wade out of the lane.

No. They will have a hard enough time getting out of the East, with the Bulls, Pistons, and Wizards all playing better and more consistent. If they do however, make it to the Finals, they will get blown out by whatever Western team(Phoenix or Dallas probably) awaits them. 4 in a row isn't a big deal, the Clippers have won 4 in a row, and they aren't being called championship contenders. So sorry, but it's a no.

Who said they weren't The playoffs are still pretty far off. The East is more lowly than last year. I think they could easily get into the finals again. We'll see in the next monts, though.

yeah if they can keep there people healthy then i have a shot to get back to the finals we will see but the hole east is up for grabs
