Some native people have very light or no facial hair while others have just as heavy facial hair as anyone of european or african ancestry. Look at any archival collection of historical Native Americans online and you will find a few with heavy beards or flowing mustaches. Also among many of the peoples of isolated native communities in South America or Canada who, to this day, have had limited contact with other cultures, there are a few with well developed facial hair. It does seem to be the exception rather than the norm, however. I hope that this is of some help.

The American Indians are ethnically descended from Asians, and Asians generally have very little facial hair. Ho Chi Minh is an example. He had only a wisp of a beard but apparently even that much was enough to win him respect and pride among his people. They look up to a man with any facial hair; I suppose it signifies the wisdom of old age. Confucian sages are sometimes illustrated with wispy beards.

Pure bred native American-Indians can't grow a moustache or beard. The average Caucasian American woman has heavier facial hair than the typical pure-bred Native American-Indian male.

Stop all other answers, here is the real truth:
True Native Americans without any other polluting blood lines are true descendants of those Mongolian extract who crossed the Bering strait, 10 to 12,000 yrs ago.
They are of that cultural Asian extract, thin eyebrows, few facial and wispy pubic hair.
Additionally their two upper front teeth are 'Shovel teeth' hollow on the inside/bite side. FACT- FACT
