Your bloated because your stomach isn't making enough hydrochloric acid to break down the raw food in it. The food sits there and rots and makes gas. Your stomach is acting like a balloon. There is no natural remedy to get quick relief from a lack of stomach acid. If your stomach is having problems its a sure bet the rest of your digestive tract is in trouble too. Time to start doing some serious research. I'm not going to write a book here. Get the Nutritional Almanac and read.

At least a 1/2 hour after eating, 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. From now on before eating 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz glass of water. Read about acv cures on the web. Drink 1 glass of water every hour that you are awake. Read the book, you're not sick, you're thirsty. You sound like you need to be cleansed. Colon is getting clogged up. Water will get rid of that feeling. So easy and inexpensive.

hmmm.
if it is related to what you eat, you might try eliminating any culprit foods such as: dairy, processed foods, sugars, caffeine (including cocoa and chocolate), wheat flour products, and alcohol. Eat more fresh, raw, organic, ripe fruits and veggies. Walking will help. Getting lots of good rest before midnight also helps (unbelievably, weight IS affected by sleep). And pure, unadulterated Peppermint Essential oil, a drop in a cup of warm or cold water, really works well. If none of the above works, go see a doctor.

All the best!

Sure, exercise will help if you feel up to it. Make sure you take a water bottle with you. Obviously though you've eaten something which didn't agree with. Bloating and gassy tummies are usually a sign of lactose intolerance. Try avoiding dairy products for a while and see if it eases up. Drink loads of water.

Fresh parsley, peppermint oil in warm water.
Fennel seeds chewed up and drink water.
Papaya raw or the capsules- digestive enzymes that help.

If it is gas- walking will help, so will massage to the belly and lower GI all around your belly button clockwise.

Don't use a straw to drink or consume any carbonated sodas.

Yet a bicarbonate would help- alkalizer in mineral water.

Good luck- hope you and the rumbling tummy are better soon.
