Usual carbohydrates contain only Carbon, Oxygen and Hydrogen, but there are carbohydrates that contains Nitrogen like Glucosamine or others like sugars phosphates that contains Phosphorus.

carbs are long chains of simple sugars most commonly glucose which has a chemical composition of C6H12O6 so usually carbon hydrogen and oxygen.

Carb is carbon - hydrate means hydrogen and oxygen compounds. Not knowing anything else, it sounds like carbon, oxygen and hydrogen.
