they seem so religious and dont seem interested like that when I talk to them, it is strange.
I actually think many are quite beautiful and interesting.

Most pakistanis and Indians are Muslim, while looking at their religion I read that although a muslim man can marry another religion (if they are Christian or Jewish only) a Muslim lady can only marry another Muslim. It said that the reason for this is that the children usually follow the mans religion. I am not 100% on this, it is only what I read

This is absurd. If you go to a place where Indians/Pakistanis interact a lot with other races, you might pick one up. Generally, they like smart, handsome guys just like "white girls." Religiousness depends on the person.
If you call them Pakis, you'll get nowhere. Asians like people for people, not race, just like "whites."
I'll give you another hint. Girls don't like racists.
All in all, Indians and Pakistanis are just as willing to be a girlfriend as anyone else. Because of your seemingly racist attitude, they will be turned off.

Your attitude is completely wrong and inappropriate.You'll find that Indian girls have high moral perceptions of people and could never agree with the term you use to describe them.Try learning basic greeting terms in Urdu or a similar Indian language and ditch the idea of finding a girlfriend, you want to meet a person instead.
