renting a house in ohio, in the dayton, miamisburg, centerville, kettering area... my husband and i are wanting to look into renting a house, but don't know how to get started... are there any good websites that i can look into?

new papers are a good place to start...
start off small and simple....
then if nothing works...contact a real estate person...

Just contact a real estate agent in the area and tell them you are looking into renting. Agents often handle rentals and they will point you in the proper direction. You can also look in the local paper for rentals. Honestly, this is pretty basic stuff that most people figure out on their own.

Drive around the area where you think you'd like to live, look for 'For Rent' signs. You'd be amazed at how many owners rely on signs alone.

call a realtor. if they don't have any rental listings, they may be able to direct you somewhere
