I don't think anyone would want to be out on a really cold day, but a person with any sort of breathing problems, like asthma, etc., would most certainly have troubles, or if these heavyset people smoke, for instance, that is another reason, you would have to be carefull out in the cold. Basically,it's different for each person, really, and on very cold days everyone hears the news saying that if you don't have to go out, don't. Well, I hope that helped you !

Be very careful if you are overweight and doing any type of exercise...the air-intake might be a challenge for the body.

If you feel dizzy or need to stop, don't push things. Stop, immediately.

A good exercise program includes periods of rest and should be fun. If you are overweight and exercising outdoors, i.e., walking, fishing, etc, carry a cell phone with you at all times.

Are you counting the strolling there and again, and the washing in with that? Hells, once you're strolling some distance adequate then you definately might want to no longer even opt to pass to the well being club in any respect. i'm getting all my exercising from strolling to Sainsbury's and again ... and that takes me an hour entire every time I do it.... this is quite accepted.

Of course...there is no reason why temperature and weight would have any adverse effect on the other. It's great that you're willing to exercise in adverse conditions. Good luck.
