not sure what you want us to do....is (3+ |4-(-3)|) all under the division or just the 3 ?
if it is then it goes to (3x+y)/10

Well, 4-(-3) = 4 + 3 = 7.

|7| = 7

So then:
3x + y/3 + 7

What's the rest of the equation?

3x+y/3+7 Multiply each term by 3
9x+y+21
9x+y+21= 0
9x+y+21-21=-21
9x+y= -21

I am not sure if this correct.
